Texture Project
The goal was to create a compostiton using two hand-drawn textures, two rubbings, two paper manipulations, and two digitally-created texures. I went with the album cover design since the examples I was shown reminded of indie rock album covers. Although, the project was supposed to be more non-objective in concept.

Tools | Bristol Paper / Black Paper / Chalk Pencil / X-acto Knife / Illustrator / Photoshop
Notan Project
The goal was to create a compostiton using cutouts from a black square. Then, use After Effects to create a quick animation. I used Illustrator to create the design before using an x-acto knife to translate the design to the physical world. I was unable to translate the people in the background with the x-acto knife. So I created a different version of the people before translating them back into digital and using them in the animation. This piece was featured in the Viz Fall Show.

Pattern Project
The goal was to convert the designs from the color project into digital and create three different types of patterns from them: a linear pattern, a plannar pattern, and a radial pattern. As I created playing cards for the color project, I went with the theme of a poker game for the pattern project.
Work Completed | 11/10/2025
Tools | Illustrator / Photoshop
Altered Self Portrait
The goal was to create an altered self portrait of myself. I took a picture of myself and used Photoshop's AI tools to create a reference for the final piece. This piece was featured in the VIZ Fall Show 2025.
